CONDITIONS AND TERMS:

  1. 1. Kadum and Mertini families provides accommodation services in accordance with the following General Terms and Conditions, and with the period and details of the confirmed reservation. We are not liable for circumstances caused by conditions beyond our control, including wars, riots, strikes, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, sanitary disruptions, restrictions by local authorities, death or illness of service provider.
  2. Inquiries and booking of accommodation can be done by mail or by fax. according to the following rules:
    1. send your booking request by e-mail or fax. Please do not forget to write your first name, second name, address and telephone number (preferably handy which you will have during the trip). Do not forget to attach our offer which is the source of your reservation.
    2.  the customer is required to pay at least 48 hours after the confirmation, an advance of  30% of the total accommodation price. Foreign guests can pay for their reservations to our account by money order from abroad. In this case, all the bank expenses are in charge to the customer.
    3. the guest must send us by mail or fax a copy of the  receipt of payment. No interest will be paid on the advance or on the total accommodation price. If we does not receive the advance or copy of payment within 48 hours, we will include in our offers the accommodation chosen by the customer. If we does not receive the advance or copy of payment within 48 hours, even if the payment has been done, we will consider the booking valid only if the accommodation will be still available; if not we will refund the amount paid with the bank charges deducted.
    4. .After this we will send to you a written confirmation of booking (voucher), the document white which you have to go to the apartment the day of your arrival.
    5. the guest have to pay the settlement on they arrival to the apartment (the first day) in Euro/cash. We do not accept credit cards and checks.
  1. SOJOURN TAX
    According to the Croatian Law about foreigners and their staying in Croatia as well as the Law about the Sojourn Tax, all the tourists must pay this taxes, to be announced to the police and to the central touristic office within.

For our guests we provide ourselves to do this bureaucratic procedure. The tourist have only to put us in the condition to do this (give us for some moment their document directly on their arrival).
This service is included in price.

4.PRICE OF ACCOMMODATION
The price, expressed in Euro, included the cost of the accommodation lease, water, gas and electricity expenses, the weekly change of bed linen and kitchen clothes for the number of People expressed in reservation form and confirmed in your voucher.
If more customers than are stated on the voucher arrive at the accommodation unit, the host has the right to deny the extra customers accommodation or to accommodate all of the customers at extra charge.
Special services are not included in the price of accommodation (stay of the pets, extra cleaning, final cleaning, breakfast, place in harbour and so on).

5. CUSTOMER'S RIGHT TO CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
For to change or cancel a booking, the guests are required to communicate us by e-mail or fax.
 The following are examples of changes: changes to the number of customers, changes to arrival / departure dates. The changes will be accepted only if a new accommodation will be available for the new period or for the new number of people.
We wont specified, that if we have to refund you, in this case, the bank charges will be deducted from the same amount to refund.

6.OUR RIGHT TO CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
We would like to reserves the right to change or modify a reservation in case of circumstances caused by conditions beyond our control that cannot be predicted, avoided or rectified (See Article 1). Booked accommodation can be substituted only by an accommodation unit of the same or higher category than the initially booked accommodation.
In cases where it will be not possible for us to substitute accommodation we reserve a right to cancel the booking and give back the money with all bank charges deducted from the same amount.

7. CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS
The customer is required to have valid travel documents, to obey customs regulations and currency exchange regulations of the country where the destination is located, to obey house rules in accommodation units and to have good relations with the host and to produce the confirmation of payment (Voucher received by mail, fax or email) upon arrival.
By confirming the reservation, the customer accepts to pay for all damages caused directly to the host.
The tourists must give us the possibility to pay Soujour Tax and to announce their stay in Croatia, in our flats, to the police and to the central touristic office.

9. BAGGAGE
We are not responsible for damaged, destroyed or lost luggage, as well as for the theft of baggage or valuables in the accommodation unit , house, garden, terrace, car or any other place.
Lost baggage or stolen goods should be reported to the host and the local police department.

10.NOTE
Upon payment of the advance for the accommodation, the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions in their entirety
