WE WILL GREATLY APPRECIATE IF THE GUESTS WOULD KINDLY STICK TO THE HOUSE ORDER WHICH IS AS FOLLOWS
- On your arrival you are required to regulate all the formalities concerning your stay. According to the low of Croatian Republic the owner is in duty to do a report of the people which occupied their holiday apartments to the police and to the central touristic office.
- The payment is required on your arrival.
- On the day of your arrival the check inn is from 14H (1 p.m.)
- The last day (departure day) the check out is until 10H (10 a.m.)
- It is strictly prohibited to entertain extraneous people in the apartment without the permit of the owner and not previously checked-in
- Please lock the door of the entry in the house and of your apartment to
- Take care of your keys
- Do not leave your valuable and money unguarded in flat, room, car, terrace, garden or any other place. We will be not responsible for the loos of any of these, no matter where there are left.
- Please take care of the objects and of all the facilities, do not change their position or to carry theme outside of the apartment
Do not throw into the toilette any object which might cause stopping out
- Do not squash mosquitoes on the wall but please use specific spray sold in all grocery
- It is forbidden to bring dogs and any other pets without a permit of the owner
- We will ask you to make a good use of air condition and of the electric power. Please remember to close the windows and balcony during the use of the air conditioning system. At the same time please switch off the lights before you go out
- We kindly ask you to respect silence time. During the night from 23H-8H (11.p.m. – 8 a.m.) and during the day from 14H-16H (2 p.m. – 4 p.m.)
- In case of repited misbehaviour the owner can interrupted the service to the tourist without any refund.
- To give a opportunity to the owner to prepare the flat for the next guests we ask you kindly to respect the check in hour (10 .a.m.)
